Roxana is the Founder of RM Recruitment and the Dutch Work Culture School. Through these two organizations, she empowers individuals to perform at their best, integrate smoothly into new environments, and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
Her professional journey began over twenty years ago with the launch of a tech startup an early adventure in entrepreneurship that resulted in a successful exit and left a lasting mark.
Roxana’s career then evolved into the corporate world, where she held a diverse range of roles in supply chain management and leadership, especially in dynamic technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
Throughout, she cultivated a deep passion for innovation and team development, building and guiding talented teams from the age of 20, both in small businesses and large, global corporations.
